Stylish, modern apartment on the ground floor boasting some of the most impressive views in the area! No. 1 Oceans is situated at Droskyn, looking out over Perranporth beach and out to sea! It is ideally located, giving a sense of being out of town and yet close to the beach and shops. CHANGEOVER DAY: MONDAY & FRIDAY BEDROOMS: 2 SLEEPS: 4 WIFI: YES PETS: YES Accommodation information No. 1 Oceans is all on 1 level, on the ground floor. The open plan kitchen, dining and living area is light and airy with floor to ceiling glass frontage and patio doors to make the most of the spectacular views of Perranporth beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need for a self catering holiday in Cornwall. There is an oven, hob, microwave and a large fridge and freezer. A separate utility room includes a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The lounge area has a large corner sofa and a chair and a smart TV. Patio doors lead out to a veranda with a table and chair set. There are two bedrooms, one with a king size bed, a wall mounted TV and an en suite shower room. The other has 2 single beds, these can be zipped together to make a super king on request. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet and wash basin. All bedding, bath and hand towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels. Outside There is private parking for 1 vehicle to the rear of the property with access to the lobby and a lift down to the apartment. The front of the apartment opens out to a lawned garden, but please note that this isn't enclosed so care is needed with children and dogs. There is a public EV charging point in Wheal Leisure car park, which is behind the high street a short walk away. Ocean View is next door to this apartment, in this building and may be suitable to book together Location Perranporth is centrally located in Cornwall and an ideal base from which to explore the rest of the county. Truro, our cathedral city is about 8 miles away and well worth a day trip.
