This gated community sits in the hills of Gittana in Perledo, just three miles north of Varenna.   
You'll be able to walk to Il Caminetta for a delicious meal or a cooking lesson at one of the most renowned restaurants in the area.   
This townhouse is also close to the famous Sentiero del Viandante hiking trail that winds through nearby woodlands and olive groves, and a short and scenic ferry ride from Bellagio, Menaggio, and Varenna.  
  
The closest ski is Pian di Bobbio, Barzio (LC)  
  
Condominium swimming pool, open from 15/06 until 30/08  
  
Please note that the private garage has standard measures (2,50mt wide X 4,50mt length) and at the condominium, there is no other parking available. You can find public parking 10 minutes walking distance, 200mt

Very hot, no aircon as advertised, host wasn’t helpful and just used the excuse that it wasn’t her property! They collected dirty washing from our room during our stay and would not pass on the property owners details! Very disappointed

Das Apartment ist einem sehr schlechtem Zusand !- Licht im oberen Stock kaputt- Licht im Bad am Spiegel unten kaputt - Plastik Geschier wie in einer DDR Kantine !- Blechdach ist besonders laut bei Starkregen!!!!Klapprouläden alle Schwergänging!Nachbarn waren zufrieden … Porzellan Geschirr, Fernbedienung für das Garagentor!Ich werde der Eurocard in der Höhe wiedersprechen !So ein Schrott Nicht zu empfehlen!!!!!Frank Helmke
