This fabulous country house lies in the outskirts of Periana, in the middle of olive yards and the smooth hills that characterise this area of the province of Malaga. The complex is the actual combination of three smaller houses, all of which are provided with the same amount of rooms. This guarantees fun holidays for up to 18 people, who will have the time of their life also thanks to the outdoor amenities. The three houses feature two full bathrooms and three bedrooms each: one with a double bed, one with two twin beds and the third bedroom with one bunk bed. Besides, all the bedrooms are equipped with warm/cool air-con, thus providing a comfortable ambience both in winter and in summer. There is a total of two bathrooms with a bathtub and four with a shower so that each group member can choose what works best for them. Each house also has a dining-living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped independent kitchen: this way, you can decide whether to enjoy your meals in privacy or share them with the rest of the group, which can be done in the spacious dining room with an integrated kitchen. However, it’s in the outdoor area where you will make the most of the holidays. There are several sitting areas in the shadows of huge pergolas or centenary trees, terraces and spots for “al fresco” dining. If you want to do some sports, head to the basketball and padel courts, and try not to be distracted from the gorgeous panoramic views; the ping-pong table and the children playground will also help the little ones have fun. An outdoor toilet is also provided. The private pool with a water jet is the jewel of the crown, as it is big enough for the whole party to take a dip. The poolside sun loungers, under the pergolas, are ideal for relaxing and enjoying the magnificent mountain views that extend in front of the property. The villa was amazing as it offers so much for the whole family. The facilities are great, with three houses and a huge family kitchen. The spaces for us all to eat together was great but also the different seating areas. I loved the balcony where I could read in peace and look at the wonderful views. There are so many activities provided - tennis court, basketball court, table tennis, table football and playgrounds for the little ones. The star was the pool. It is the best we’ve experienced in a villa. Rafael, the owner is so helpful and welcoming. He told us about local places and checked that we were happy with everything. He was the perfect host. The location is very rural. The town of Periana is a short drive and we visited the old town in Malaga and the beach at Torre de Mer. Letzteres ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ermöglichte es uns, gut gelaunt gute Mahlzeiten zum Teilen zuzubereiten. Wir konnten problemlos durch Malaga, Granada, Antequera und Torre del Mar laufen. Das Dorf ist charmant und es gibt wichtige Geschäfte (zu den gleichen Preisen wie anderswo). Rafael, der Besitzer, ist diskret und angenehm. Er geht auf alle Anfragen ein. Das Bergdorf Periana mit dem Auto 5 Minuten entfernt, dort sind Supermärkte vorhanden,die bis 21.00 Uhr aufhatten.Sehr zu empfehlen auch für Gruppen. Auch gute Anbindung zur Schnellstraße und zur vielen Ausflügen. 40 Minuten bis zum Strand nach Malaga.
