Posticcia Vecchia is a charming two-storey country house surrounded by trees, situated in a secluded, quiet, and sunny location in the countryside of Pergine Valdarno, Italy, just 1.3 km away from the center of Pieve a Presciano. The vacation rental offers a 200 m2 garden filled with beautiful flowers and trees, a 10 x 5 m swimming pool with a depth of 140 - 140 cm (available from 30.Apr. to 30.Sep.), Internet Wifi, Parking, and a Yard.  
  
Outdoors  
Guests can enjoy the outdoor spaces of this holiday rental, including a 30 m2 patio, a 150 m2 terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining. The property boasts six hectares of land, providing ample space for relaxation and exploration.

The house features heating available from 01.11. to 15.04., which can be paid on-site, and weekly linen change. Motor access to the house is available via a 1.3 km unmade road. This beautiful Villa/Farmhouse/Home is a spacious 4-room house spanning over 100 square meters and spread across two levels. The entrance hall leads to the first double bedroom, tastefully decorated with a warm and welcoming ambiance. The kitchen is equipped with modern amenities like a dishwasher, microwave, and freezer, and features a dining table next to an open-hearth fireplace, creating a cozy atmosphere. On this level, you'll also find a shower/bidet/WC and a hydro massage shower.  
  
On the upper floor, there is a spacious living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace, satellite TV, and a flat-screen television. The terrace leads to the patio and swimming pool, offering captivating countryside views. This level also houses another double bedroom, a room with one bed and one double bed, and an additional shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating is provided for extra comfort.

The villa is well-equipped with a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. You'll find a washing machine, mosquito nets, a baby cot suitable for up to 2-year-olds, a hairdryer, and free WiFi.
