The property boasts an impressive above-ground swimming pool, measuring 9 x 4 meters, perfect for cooling off on hot summer days. The pool is available seasonally from May 27th to September 11th, allowing you to indulge in refreshing swims amidst the picturesque surroundings. Unit Layout  
This charming villa is a 6-room house spanning 150 m2 on 3 levels and situated on the upper floor. The upper floor can be accessed via an exterior staircase and features a living/dining room complete with an open-hearth fireplace, dining table, and satellite TV. There is also an exit to the loggia. The sleeping arrangements on this floor consist of 2 rooms, each with a comfortable double bed and fan, as well as 1 room with 3 beds and a shower/WC. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine. There is also a bath/WC and shower/WC available. The top floor can be accessed via a steep staircase and features a room with sloping ceilings and a comfortable double bed and fan.  
  
Amenities Included  
The villa comes equipped with a washing machine, mosquito net, and baby cot for up to 2 year olds. There is reserved parking available for up to 2 cars. The terrace is roofed and provides a panoramic view of the surrounding area. Guests can enjoy terrace furniture, a barbecue, and a covered balcony during their stay. The furnishings are rustic and cozy, making it the perfect place to unwind with friends and family on vacation.

Please note that there is no heating option available for this property. This is a non-smoking house. Guests are welcome to bring 1 pet/dog along with them on their stay.
