Our cozy home is fully furnished for maximum comfort and relaxation during your stay exploring northern Minnesota. Easily navigate the channel with a boat, pontoon, kayak or canoe and experience some of the area’s best fishing, boating and other water activities. Set in a friendly and safe neighborhood with paved walking path, a short walk to the public beach, Breezy Point resort for dining and golfing, and nearby gas station with convenience and hardware stores. Expanded driveway provides ample parking space for guests and a camper. A short drive takes you to great restaurants (fine and casual dining), breweries, shopping and hiking in Pequot Lakes, Crosslake, Nisswa, Jenkins and more. Plenty of space to relax in the living room or four seasons porch, and a yard with a firepit and space for yard games, or simply enjoy the calm and beauty of this special property. Pontoon-style paddleboat provides a fun and relaxing way to navigate the channel and lake. \--THE PROPERTY-- The up-north vibe of this 1,500 sq ft 2-level home on .5 acres | On Channel - Dock | Firepit | Four Seasons Porch Bedroom 1: Queen, Bedroom 2: Queen, Bedroom 3: 2 Twin Bed (Bunk Bed) Porch: Futon Due to the STR licensing regulations for the Crow Wing County, MN, the Four Season Porch is listed as the fourth bedroom; this allows the cabin to sleep up to 8 ppl. Plenty of space for the 5 of us and the pups. There was enough room to dock our pontoon. The channel is protected from the wind. So no worries about the boat blowing around. The fenced in area was great for the dogs. The sun room was nice. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything was clean and the appliances were all newer. The beds were a little firm for our preference. The back yard was nice to chill out in. This is probably the best stocked vacation rental we have ever stayed in. The hosts really did think of everything. Lots of homey touches. Everyone enjoyed time together and what a beautiful location. We caught a bass off the dock that was a highlight for my 2 sons. Wonderful cozy accommodations. ##### Eleazar B. The home was comfortable with all the amenities and a short distance to the beach with clear water and no crowding! We enjoyed the quiet channel, bonfire and open porch for card games and painting as a family on a rainy July 4th. Would stay again! ##### kelly l.
