Christmas break between 24th December and 31st January are a minimum of 3 night stay. This beautifully presented beach house with a large balcony offering views to the ocean and the wetlands. With only a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to the beach access where you can drive along the white sandy beach and meets the mouth of the Capel River. Enjoy fishing, snorkelling, swimming or relaxing at Peppy Beach. Peppermint Grove Beach only 25 minutes from Bunbury and 25 minutes to Busselton. A short 7 minute drive to Capel where there is an IGA Grocery shopping open 7 days a week, Capel Tavern, cafes and Capel Winery. The local Peppermint Grove Beach Caravan Park has a cafe and bar, small general store, ice and liquor store. Short walk across to a lovely quiet beach. The house is very well set up and thought given to everything that you might need while away and the chilled wine as well as other welcome gifts was much appreciated.
