Property was spacious, well laid out and immaculate--I don't think I've stayed in a property that was cleaner. Wanda was a pleasure to work with and very responsive. Game room was a bonus! Great visit and can't wait to stay there again.

Perfect space for family to gather
The home was spacious and perfect for our Thanksgiving family gathering. Both indoor and outdoor spaces were comfortable worked great for our group. The house is sparse, which is nice - no clutter. But, due to lack of rugs and decor, it is very loud. I'm sure our group contributed to that too. I would definitely return if family plans call for a Peoria visit again.

Love this property. Plenty plenty of towels. Plenty of kitchen accessories. 11 of us stsyed very comfortably. Suggestions. Have hand soap in each bathroom. Have hooks in bathroom instead pf using new towels each time with so many people.

In town from Kentucky for Dad/Papaws funeral.
House was great we had 12 family members stay there. The house is set up so nice it really helped us through a rough weekend. I would definitely use this house again.
