This leaves the house in a condition not suitable for the next guest. Locals must contact the host upon booking. Our service includes linens, bath towels, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods and basic toiletries. Additional supplies can be provided for the guests for an additional charge. To provide the best quality service to our guests, we offer luxury hotel-quality towels/linens. Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup/foundation, towels are to be used only for their intended purposes (Any makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products that stain our towels/bedsheets will result in additional charges. Please avoid using regular hand/bath towels with all skin products. Check-in at 4PM / Check-out at 11AM Check out time is STRICTLY at 11 AM unless late check out is previously confirmed. Any unscheduled late check out is subjected to a late check out fee of $20/hr USD. If your unscheduled late checkout exceeds two hours we will charge your for an additional day. This does not award you possession of the property for an additional day, it is a penalty assessed for holding up our next guest and preventing our housekeeping team from doing their jobs. This additional day charge is the BASE RATE of the room without discounts that may have been applied. The occupancy limit for this property is 6 and any additional guest on the property will be automatically vacated for trespassing. Broken, damaged, or missing items may result in additional charges. However, all damages or missing items will need to be paid for by you before departure. • If the house is damaged or dirty, in a condition beyond what a reasonable and courteous, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $100. Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks. These are free and please indulge yourself to your desire. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests\` discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables or any allergies that the guest might have. Any house rules violation is ground for immediate termination of your stay Supplies and Additional Items We provide an initial stock of essential supplies at the start of your stay, including cleaning materials, toilet paper, paper towels, and linens. If additional supplies are needed during your stay, a flat $10 convenience fee will apply per delivery request, plus the cost of the requested items. The place was clean, comfortable, and located in a nice area. The host was a fantastic communicator and always quick to respond, which made everything easy and stress-free.The only small downside was that dish soap was the only cleaning product provided, but otherwise I had no complaints at all. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and I would gladly recommend this place to others visiting the area. ##### carla w. Mentioned lack of cleaning to management and got no response, think college housing where the landlord ignores you. It's a busy street, but noise level is not too bad, plenty of sunlight. If you plan to cook a lot you might look elsewhere as kitchen area is small with limited kitchen items (enough for survival, and if you plan to do 50% takeout). Cons: • Poor cleanliness on arrival. Found other people's hair in the tub and sink along with presumed mildew. Also found a woman's sock in the sheets.• Air handler is loud. Summer with AC running, it runs a lot. Impacts ability to communicate on calls, inside apartment, and enjoyment of TV.• No towel racks in bathroom. Take a hanger with towel in, take a hanger out.• Bedroom is small, which is known, but it is too small for a chest of drawers, so clothing is in the closet or stays in suitcase.• No dishwasher, no laundry in unit, microwave above fridge may be tough for vertically challenged.• No ergonomically friendly desk area, prepare to adapt kitchen table or work elsewhere.Pros• Walking distance to Bradley University. Library is open to use during the day, just sign in.
