The home is a short stroll to the harbour and excellent travel links of this lively coastal resort. Many shops, galleries, restaurants and pubs are within a short distance of the property. The apartment is newly refurbished to a high standard and is fully equipped with everything you would expect in this home away from home! The space This advert is for the apartments two lower floors. (Ground and first floors. The second floor will be locked so we can offer to smaller groups more economically, please see other listing if you wish to rent the full apartment with access to all three bedrooms) Entrance via roof terrace from side alleyway. Two bedrooms: 1 x first floor double, 1 x first floor twin. Bathroom with whirlpool spa bath, shower over, basin and WC. Kitchen with dishwasher, utility room with washer-dryer, roof terrace, open plan living room with dining table in the bay. High chair and travel cot available but please ask in advance if they are required. Sorry but pets are not allowed as our family suffers from pet fur allergies. Checkout is by 10am at the latest. Late checkout is strictly by advance arrangement only. It is not always possible due to the next guest coming in and housekeeping schedules but we will try to accommodate where we can.
