The town centre is a 10-minute walk away, whilst the seafront promenade or lido is walkable in under five-minutes! The apartment is clean and comfortable, with space for four people to spread out and enjoy a holiday in Penzance. The space Quiet and comfortable, the living room features an exposed brick fireplace, large sofa, colourful furnishings, a dining table and smart TV. Next door, the kitchen is fully stocked with numerous mod cons; find a dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. The master bedroom is spacious: find a cast iron bed, pretty antique furniture, a desk and artwork that hangs on the walls. There is a further second bedroom with single bed and pull out trundle bed. A modern bathroom with a shower has been recently renovated. Its convenient location to the seafront, the South West Coastal Path and Penzance town centre make this a great bolthole for a coastal getaway! Free parking is available on the street outside the flat, as well as on surrounding streets. Well-behaved dogs are welcome with a fee of £20/dog (max 2). It is on the condition they are not allowed on the soft furnishings or in the bedroom/s.
