AT A GLANCE.... Sleeps 4 in a king size bed and twin bedroom Exceptionally spacious accommodation  Parking Outside space - fully enclosed Welcomes up to 5 dogs depending on size   NEW PROPERTY for 2025 Hideaway Barn near Praa Sands is a super spacious property sleeping 4 people very comfortably. One of four converted barns, each with their own space and privacy, Hideaway was originally built to accommodate the local herd of cows.  Owners have worked hard to sympathetically renovate the barns ensuring that some of the original features (like the wall mounted ring in the hallway) would have once had the farm's bull secured to it!   In nearby Rosudgeon, you will find a great pub and handy convenience store.  Located less than 3 miles from Praa Sands, this lovely property provides the perfect base for exploring the nearby Cornish countryside and stunning west Cornwall coast.  Praa Sands has an array of facilities to keep you entertained including the golden sand beach which stretches for over a mile.  Water sport hire, cafe, pub and restaurant can all also be found down on the beach.  Praa Sands can also boast a super 9 hole golf course which overlooks the sea. Hideaway Barn offers easy access around the west of Cornwall including Helston, Penzance and St Ives.  Nearby Marazion is home to the famous and much loved St Michaels Mount which has to be on your visit list! The famous Pengersick Castle is just a few minutes drive from Sampson Barn as indeed is the National Trust property Godolphin House and its lovely gardens.  Beautiful St Germoe's church is a couple of miles from the property and is well worth a visit with parts of the church dating back to the 12th century.  The villages and towns of Porthleven, Helston, Marazion, St Michaels Mount and Penzance are all within a 15 minute drive.   To the back of Hideaway Barn (where you enter the property from the parking area) you have a secured garden with good size lawn and patio with furniture.  To the front is a gravelled courtyard area. Parking on a gravelled surface for two cars.   Entrance From the parking area at the back, walk up the pathway towards the back door. Up one step onto the raised patio and in through the back door into the tiled entrance hallway.  Off the hallway is the useful utility room with washing machine and sink.  Six carpeted steps lead up into the...... Open plan living room and kitchen/diner Lovely large, (predominantly) carpeted room with ample easy seating around a large SMART TV and attractive wood burner.  Door out into the gravelled courtyard. Kitchen appliances include 4 ring induction hob, electric single oven and grill, built in microwave and fridge/freezer. Off the living space you will find........ Bedroom 1 A good size, carpeted TWIN bedroom with two single beds. Family bathroom WC Super smart bathroom with lovely, deep feature bath and large, separate shower cubicle. Wash basin, tall heated towel rail and WC.  Tiled floor.  Bedroom 2 Great size bedroom with room for a cot.  KING size bed and carpeted with TV. There is ample hanging and drawer space provided across both bedrooms.  Heating This property is heated by oil central heating Additional notes - This property will welcome up to 5 small dogs OR 2/3 medium/large dogs.  - This is one of our super pet friendly properties...take a look at what this is via our general information section on the website.  - This property will accommodate a maximum of 4 people plus infant  - A returnable security deposit of £100 is required when booking this property.
