### Georgian Townhouse in Penzance with Sea Views, Garden, 4 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms

An elegant, south-facing, 4 Bedroom, Georgian Townhouse in a residential road in Penzance with a suntrap garden. An ideal and comfortable base to explore the beaches, sights and countryside of West Cornwall.  
This stylish house has a wealth of original features like high ceilings, sash windows, shutters, stripped floorboards and flagstone kitchen with modern comforts of 21st century life: high speed wifi throughout, high spec, fully equipped family kitchen, ensuite master bedroom, additional double, two twins and a spacious, family bathroom. There is plenty of space to spread out and chill in the two reception rooms, around the dining table or in the south-facing mature garden (with views of the fairy tale St Michael's Mount), large garden table, garden furniture and BBQ.  
The house is ideal for two families sharing or for a memorable multi-generational family holiday.  
  
Master Bedroom: Large, spacious, airy double bedroom to the rear of the house. Large modern bathroom with bath with overhead shower, wc, sink and heated towel rail. The bedroom has a smart TV and tea & coffee making facilities.  
Super Kingsize Bedroom with Sea Views: Huge, super comfy memory mattress bed with views of Mounts Bay.  
Twin Room with Sea Views: Either as two twin beds and put together as a double with views of Mounts Bay.  
Twin Room 2: Either as two twin beds and put together as a double.  
Family Bathroom: Spacious room with bath with overhead shower, wc, sink and heated towel rail.  
  
Kitchen with five ring gas hob and large electric oven. American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Belfast sink, breakfast island. Wide selection of cutlery, crockery, glassware and kitchen equipment for 8 people. Utility Room with back kitchen, washing machine and tumble dryer.  
Airy dining room overlooking the garden.  
Light, airy sitting room with seating for 8 overlooking the garden.  
Snug with smart TV and seating for 8.  
  
The house is situated 5 minutes walk from the railway and bus stations ideal for exploring the area (especially on the brilliant open top bus). The Scillonian ferry is a fifteen minute walk away if you want to visit the Scillies by boat.  
There are a wide and eclectic selection of shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, cinemas and theatres within a short walk of the house. There is a lovely, dramatic walk from the front door along the bay to the iconic St Michael's Mount which takes about 1 hour (15 mins by car or bus). Penzance is a quirky town with plenty of character and characters. At it's heart are the sub-tropical gardens at Morrab Road and Penlee Park ( lovely outdoor theatre and cafe).  
The renowned fishing port of Newlyn is a 45 min walk along the promenade and Coastal Path where you can treat yourself to the finest fish, crab and lobster in the country or let one of the excellent chefs show off their skills with the amazing local produce.  
Sea and air trips can be easily arranged and are on the doorstep of the house. Electric bikes can be hired as can traditional bicycles so you can get a real feel for the area. Other activities available include surfing, kite-surfing, SUP, wild swimming, diving, riding and swimming with horses in Mounts Bay.  
There are beaches which are walkable from the house and a dozen of the best beaches in Cornwall within 25 mins drive.
