Hi Geetu, I do not know why you do not like our place. If you could tell us, we can solve for you. Maybe the check in took a bit long, but that was because you insisted you already paid the room fee, even though I showed your reservation from Expedia which shows "Hotel Collect Payment from Guest", you still do not believe it , then you contacted Expedia and Expedia agent explained it again, you still do not believe it ; then I asked you to check your bank account , you said the traction does not show the charge. Finally you agreed to pay . This is the check in story. I feel sorry for the confusion caused by Expedia which caused your unhappy experience in our place. It is beyond our control and hope you find a motel you like to stay next time.

Hi Chelsea, we would like to clarify the facts (1) you did not inform the front desk that you had a dog when you checked in (2) your husband told us you are from Peachland, not West Kelowna as you claimed (3) our rate was medium level (4) considering the evacuation situation, we waived the dog penalty 300, paid a room in another motel for your free staying, released the pre-authorization 300 for damage deposit after you checked out next day. Even though you spread the incomplete story in Facebook and Expedia, we still wish your family all the best.
