Welcome to Sunshine Beach House, a charming 3-bedroom, 2-bath beach cottage that sleeps up to 8 and offers the best of both sides of Pensacola Beach. Located just steps from public access to Santa Rosa Sound on the north side and a short walk to the Gulf of Mexico on the south side, you can paddle, swim, or watch the sunset—all within minutes of your front door.

This cozy, single-family home (990 sq ft) is thoughtfully equipped for a relaxed and comfortable stay. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking at home, and the open living areas make it easy to spend time together after a day at the beach.

Step outside and enjoy your private heated pool (up to 6 hours of heat per day included at no extra charge), a regulation-size sand volleyball court, and a charcoal grill for casual outdoor meals. The expansive back deck runs the entire length of the house and is perfect for morning coffee, evening drinks, or just unwinding after a beach day. We also provide beach chairs and towels, so packing is easy. We have a Keurig coffeemaker that takes K-cups and ground coffee.

For work or play, the house features super-fast 1-gig internet and Roku streaming TVs in every bedroom and the living room—ideal for remote work, streaming, or keeping everyone entertained.

No cleaning fee. No crazy checkout chore list. We believe your vacation should actually feel like a vacation.

New front and backyard landscaping completed January 2024!

Families, friends, and pets are welcome, so bring everyone along to enjoy all that Pensacola Beach has to offer at Sunshine Beach House.

No dogs in the pool. The dog hair clogs the filter which will burn up the pool equipment.
Absolutely no smoking inside the house. If smoking in the house is discovered, a fine of $500 will be applied.
Pool heat and pump are controlled by the owner remotely. Do not attempt to turn either on or off on without prior permission. $500 fine if violated.

We had a fantastic stay! The host was extremely helpful and knowledgeable relaying info about the area, because it was our first trip to Pensacola. In addition, he was very timely on responses to any questions or concerns regulating the property. The house and property was clean and accurately reflected the listing description. Everything was great! Loved the backyard for my dog and the heated pool. It is located in a nice neighborhood and it was just a couple minutes across the road to the beach. Our family loved the Sunshine Beach house! The walk to the beach was only 5 minutes and the home was stocked with beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs, and even a wagon to load everything into so we didn’t have to carry anything. The stairway across the street going into the water was an ideal spot to drink my morning cup of coffee. The swing in the back by the pool was everyone’s favorite spot to hang out! My family will definitely be staying here again!

Relaxing Getaway

Our stay was beyond everything that we needed. It was just 3 of us and we had plenty of room. We enjoyed early mornings and nights on the front deck. Mid afternoons and nights we enjoyed the back deck and the pool. We were about a 5 minute walk to the beach. It did rain a couple of times but cleared up in the evening. It was nice to take a golf cart ride to restaurants and other attractions. The golf cart company only takes tips. The gentlemen was extremely nice and courteous. We're thinking about making it our annual trip! Mr Rushing was a great host and checked on us periodically. Thank you for an amazing stay!!!

Relaxing!

This house has so much! Beautiful pool, beach volleyball, beach chairs, and a relaxing place to stay away from the excitement of downtown area. It is about a 10 minute drive to restaurants. Golf cart services are available on the beach (for tips). This house is located just a very short walk to a quiet beach. Looking forward to another trip!
