Had everything you need for cooking, but no paper towels. Issue with light switch in bedroom that throws the breaker for that room. Overall facilty could be cleaned with a little more attention to detail, like elevators, windows and surfaces of common areas. Beach was great and umbrella attendants were very nice. Large bedrooms with plenty of room in the unit. Carafe and pod combo coffee maker was plus! The amenity’s were nice as well (ice machine by the pool for coolers, plenty of spots to wash off your feet and gear, even an air pump for floats etc…). The building itself is not great. There are NO EMPLOYEES available. The front desk is empty, no one works there. Vacasa doesn't answer calls or emails. So if you have any questions, good luck! You're on your own. There are no amenities (restaurant, cafe, bar, nothing) so you have to order in or go somewhere for anything you might want. The pool is cold and the hot tub is tiny, both are in need of upgrade. The walk to the beach is a maze. The beach itself is nice, but quite narrow compared to Destin, so beach walks are difficult. ##### Corinne B. Had everything we needed and great view. My only complaint with the condo was we did not have any hand rags for showers. Had plenty of everything else. Oh and the TV in the master we could not change the channels or turn it off. Otherwise great. One thing we learned the hard way was do not leave your wagon at the edge of steps. we did and someone stole it on our first day. But highly recommend the condo. ##### Danielle M. We have been coming to Florida yearly for a few years. We have rented several condos and this was by far the best one. The extra steps to make our stay more welcoming just added to the feeling of being home. Typically, we do not have any trash bags or laundry detergent, dish detergent, etc. They left us small bottles of each. As well as welcoming lotions and soaps that you would typically see in a high end hotel. The price was competitive with other condos one step higher than this unit. This will now be our first place to look to book and I'm already looking to rent for spring of 2022\. I highly recommend this over any other condominium or rental agency. One of our family members has a painful spinal condition. The steps over the dunes made it very easy to get down to the beach. That was the most important aspect of renting this unit. Nothing that was advertised was not absolutely 100% true. Comfort was very important to our family member. The pain was lessened by the deck and the handles on the stairs. ##### Julie B. No matched set of dishes to set a table for 6 people. To much of somethings and nothing of other things which were needed. No large skillet, no baking sheets. A lot of duplicate utensils and dishes which took up all the cabinet space. Pantry was so full it had to be re-arranged before groceries could be put away, Faucet in kitchen was hard to shut off completely, The ice maker on the fridge didn't work. If you plan on cooking most of your meals to eat in, the kitchen is a disaster. ##### melba e. We opened the balcony doors and trash blew out from under the furniture. The place was dark. I like to read in bed at night, but the lighting was so poor that was not possible. The dark (and gaudy) furniture also made it seem darker. Also, the owner was not quick to respond. We had an issue the last week where we needed to reschedule. We asked her on Monday, and she finally responded on Friday an hour before checkin.
