Located directly on iconic Palafox Street, you’ll be surrounded by over 40 walkable restaurants, cafes, bars, art galleries, and shops. Originally built in 1906, the building’s original charm has been thoughtfully preserved while offering all the high-end amenities today’s traveler expects. \*\*IMPORTANT NOTE: Starting January 5th, 2026 construction will begin on Palafox street in front of the Lofts until the end of May. All the shops, restaurants, and bars that we love so much will still be open! While we are so excited to see the end results, we are unsure of the environmental effects (i.e. noise) of construction on The Brent Loft interior condos such as this one. Entry to the Lofts and close parking will not be affected, as there are two additional entrances on the side and back of the building away from Palafox. Please bear in mind when booking, but especially Jan-Feb. We'd be happy to provide any information we can at your request. Parking While parking is not included in your stay, we do provide a special promo code for BL guests in the Premium Parking lot directly behind the Lofts. After discount, cost for parking is $10/day/plate. Discount code with instructions will be sent in Check In instructions a few days before arrival. There is city parking surrounding the Lofts on the side streets that is free until the end of Palafox construction (approx. May 24). Things to know If you plan on using the sleeper sofa, please let us know ahead of time so we can place the proper sheets in the condo. Your primary way of accessing the condo throughout your stay is key cards. 3 days before arrival, you will receive general check-in instructions with details about the property, parking instructions, etc. Then, few hours before your check in time, you will be sent codes for accessing the property and condo itself to obtain key cards. The lobby desk is unstaffed, so the check-in process is self-guided. We ask guests to please read over these items in detail for the most seamless check-in experience. \-Beach towels available to borrow upon request (limited supply so please ask beforehand) \-Leave the key cards in "Key Check In/Check Out" binder page at check out. \-Do not use the white towels for makeup removal- there are black washcloths in each bathroom for this purpose and we can provide more upon request. Please do not wash white laundry with colored laundry. Excessive staining on the white linens and towels may result in an automatic stained linen charge of $25. House rules • No pets allowed in rental units • No smoking allowed inside the building or in the Sky Lounge. • Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. • No parties allowed on the premises.
