All boats and trailers must be registered at the SeaSpray office and, if available, slips will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. They cannot be booked in advance. The beaches are nice and generally quiet with few college spring breakers. Great and timely communication with host. We did move the fragile décor when we arrived to avoid anything getting broken. We enjoyed the games and kids books there. We wish the pool was a little warmer but that just made us spend more time at the beach and in the hot tub. The property manager was helpful and check in was simple and easy. You have access to all three condo pools and amenities. The owners and staff at seaspray were all very friendly. The entire property is well maintained. This particular rental is steps away from the elevator / stairs and your moments away from the pool or beach. Perdido seems to be a very quiet area if your looking for a relaxing vacation. The beach was not very crowded (compared to other locations on the panhandle) and your moments away from excellent restaurants in Perdido or down the road in Alabama.
