The Salty Dawg has a functional and well-appointed kitchen with brand new, top of the line, Kitchen Aid appliances, including both a convection range and a convection microwave.

The Salty Dawg is one of just six units in this small, intimate, private complex. That means that you won’t be fighting for space on the beach or waiting on overcrowded elevators as you might in a high density condominium, during peak season. This home has its own private exit to the beach with a rather unique “bonus” feature; it has a huge, covered, screened in porch/outdoor living room on the bottom level facing toward the ocean. On the porch, you and your friends and family can enjoy a pleasant summer evening while engaging in a seriously challenging game of “Bimini Ring”.
