There aas a good deal of beach equipment in the garage and while it is a small trek to the beach, it’s well worth it! Being so close to the property’s biggest pool was an unexpected perk! Also, besides one neighbor to the side of the unit, it feels a bit more secluded than your typical condo. The weather didn’t cooperate with us this trip, so we were inside a bit more than we would have liked but there were a ton of creature comforts for our rainy days. Grill was also a great to use! My only “complaint,” which is more of a nit pick in my opinion, is there is a slight mildew smell in the property that stayed with our clothes. I didn’t find it overwhelming, and seeing that the property is so close to the water it’s kind of expected. Overall this place is a STEAL for the cleanliness, space and amenities offered. If you don’t mind not being directly on the Gulf, but still having access, it’s an ideal property! Excited to return in August. ##### Allison S. The house was very clean and had plenty of towels. We love that we could use beach chairs and a wagon to go to the beach so we didn't have to pack our own. We were in Pensacola for a friends wedding. This townhouse was very spacious. Extremely clean. We were even surprised how clean the grill was because most of the time you can’t use the grill that are at these rentals. It was nicely decorated and an excellent stocked kitchen. Very close walk to the beach. I would recommend renting this townhouse. ##### Barbara J. We loved upper and lower balconies. Rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. Did not use items in garage, but glad they were available.
