Welcome to Salty Summers! Clean, spacious and comfortable townhouse located in the Lost Key gated community in Perdido Key, Pensacola, FL. You’re just a short walk from the white sugar sand & emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico! This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse can sleep 8 people. It is tastefully decorated & well-appointed with comfortable furniture. It has everything you will need for the perfect beach vacation including a fully equipped kitchen & large screened in porch. During you stay you will have access to a private, member-only beach club. We would love to host snowbirds December through February - please contact the host for snowbird rates.
This rental includes access to Free Fun with Xplorie! We help make the most of your vacation by providing Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day of your stay—including the Lost Key, Soldiers Creek, and Glenlakes Golf Clubs, Tropical Falls Theme Park at OWA, Dolphin, Sunset and Nature Cruises! Our guests receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. Additional guests will pay full price. These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. For example, you may choose to go golf in the morning (one person is free) and then go on a dolphin cruise in the afternoon (one person is free) and then cap off the day at Tropical Falls Theme park (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to Tropical Falls Theme Park in the morning with the kids (one person is free) while your spouse goes to play golf (one person is free) and then meet that evening to go on a sunset cruise (one person is free). You may do some or all of the activities every day and one person in your party is free to every activity every day. Complete details will be provided with your confirmed booking. This is open-concept living at its best with plenty of space & privacy. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need including plates, cups, cookware, etc. Traveling with young children? This home is equipped with baby gates on both stairways to keep them safe.
During your stay you will enjoy free admission to the Lost Key Beach Club located across the street. You can walk or take the complimentary shuttle that is provided on a seasonal schedule to this private beach. This 5,000 square foot, open-air complex is a beachfront oasis available exclusively for Lost Key residents & guests. The club offers private beach access, swimming pool, locker rooms with showers, & seasonal beach service. There is a restaurant at the club (hours vary) for purchase of food, snacks & beverages.
We make it easy to stay with us! Drive straight to your rental & access with a lock code. Prior to your visit we will send you your access codes.
· The bedrooms all include comfortable bedding, a chest of drawers, & ceiling fans. Both bedrooms have a private bathroom. There is also a Pack n Play in the unit.
· Screened-in porch off of the living room to sit & enjoy a good book or have an evening cocktail

Garbage and Trash Containers; Containers may be placed at the curb no earlier then Tuesday afternoon and must be returned to the respective garage by Wednesday end of day. Garbage cans may not be stored in the back of the Townhouse at any time. Violation of these rules: $50.00 per day of violation
Golf/Carts/Electric Vehicles: Golf carts are to never be parked or driven on the grass. Except for quick stops at a Townhouse where they may remain in the driveway, they are to always be parked inside the garage. Note the intent of "quick stops" is a stop of less than 15 to 30 minutes. Renters or owners who are renting a golf cart MUST BE PRESENT for delivery and pickup/return of a golf cart rental. Golf cart must remain inside garage at all other times, including immediately after delivery. Violation of these rules: $50.00 per day of violation

We loved salty summers and will definitely be back! It was our first time staying at Perfido Key and have to say it may be our new favorite! The location is as good as you can get without being directly on Gulf side and the large pool was awesome…and large enough there was always a chair available when we were there. I could go on and on about amenities….especially the use of The Beach Club

Everything was as described. Very clean, everything you need is there. The only thing was there wasn’t a garage door opener which made it a little inconvenient. Pet friendly which was the reason we booked it. Would definitely recommend it and will stay there again.

We arrived and our check in was simple and very fast. The townhouse was beautiful and very clean and cozy. The screened in porch was a very nice touch and was so relaxing. The house is very well stocked and even has a beach cart, umbrella and chairs so you don’t have to pack up and bring your own from home. We loved the shuttle service that picks you up and takes you across the road to the beach club house where chairs and umbrellas are provided complimentary on a first come basis. We will definitely be coming back!

We loved this townhome. Lost Key is a great place to stay. The beach club and private beach area is nice. Didn’t get a chance to check out the community pool. This rental has all hardwoods which is what we were looking for as my husband is allergic to most carpets. Very clean and instructions easy and flawless. Would highly recommend. I’m from this area and it was nice weekend vacation while also visiting my family.

#### Nice property and amenities
Townhome was nice and clean, as pictured & described. You will have to climb 2 sets of stairs, so a note of caution for those with mobility issues. Easy check-in and out and you get discounts to many attractions. Shuttle picks you up at your door & takes you to the beach across the road, which has chairs and umbrellas. Not too far from a dog park, some restaurants and shopping. The mattress (room w/2 beds) wasn't very comfortable. Also, only the top plug on the electrical outlets in the bedrooms work for some reason, so it was good that I had an adapter to use to plug in more items, including USB. You can park in the garage to keep the car cool. We enjoyed the stay and would definitely stay here again!

#### Stairway to sore knees
Property was very well-appointed. It is close to many nice restaurants and the bartender at the beach gave us great recommendations. When it is a nice day and many people are going to the beach, the transport took too long and we ended up walking quite a distance. It would have been a much nicer visit if the pool was heated. Also, for older people, in our sixties, the many steps got to be a huge issue after about the first week. Just too many from front door to the second floor.

#### Great Stay!
We loved the location and being able to go back and forth to the beach and the big pool. Lots of accommodations for young families - baby gates and I saw a pack-n-play. Wish we could have stayed longer!

#### Beautiful & Comfortable
This is my second stay in Perdido Key. I absolutely love this place. The home was perfect for my Mom, nieces and I. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. The patio was perfect for cool nights and warm mornings. The kitchen was stocked with pans for me to cook breakfast and dinner. The pool was nice get away from the beach. Overall my favorite place to be!

#### Great condo with nice facilities
We really enjoyed the condo and it's facilities. The main pool, beach club, and tennis/pickleball courts were all very nice. The condo was nice as well and had plenty of room for our family of four.
