Recently renovated Larkspur Landing is conveniently located for all your needs during your Pensacola area stay, whether you're visiting for business or pleasure. This comfy oasis, located near the I-10, is just minutes away from the beach, naval base, colleges & universities, shopping, dining and many other local attractions. Far enough away from busy tourist spots, but close enough for all the region's amenities, it is the perfect place to relax and to stage for whatever your day may bring.
THE SPACE
This comfy getaway is located on a quiet street in a residential neighborhood. Guests have access to the entire house and the fully stocked kitchen. This location can accommodate 10 guests with four bedrooms and two baths. The large backyard allows for time to enjoy the beautiful weather and an outdoor meal, or you can put your feet up next to the firepit on cooler evenings.
For those on vacation, this home can accommodate friends and family of all ages and the outdoor area and indoor game room, featuring ping pong and pool tables, allows for multiple activities for everyone to enjoy.
For those visiting for work, there are dedicated workspaces and high-speed internet. You can quickly plug in and go to get your workday started.

Came in for UWF baseball ring ceremony and reunion with another family. The house had plenty of room for everyone. The backyard was amazing for cooking and sitting outside. #### Very comfortable home away from home!
We had a great stay with our two small dogs who loved exploring the fenced in backyard. While we were there, there weren't other dogs on the other sides of the fence which is good for our dogs. The master bed was very comfy (it's like a memory foam). We really enjoyed the outdoor patio and firepit. The location is good for access to groceries and home supplies. It takes about 10 minutes to get to I-10\. Traffic on Pine Forest Rd and 9 Mile Road is pretty bad so we tried to avoid them when we could. Highly recommend!

#### Quaint Vacation Rental
Cute, well decorated cottage close to everything. Should have ensured there was propane for grill and fire pit. I ended up having to go buy a tank for the grill and didn’t get to enjoy the fire pit. Notified the management company about this and windows left open but there was no offer to reimburse me. I did, however, get an apology. Good news is that whoever stays there next has at least a full tank of propane on the grill! Wish there were some TV options however was able to use prime and did want ch a few movies at the end of the trip.
