Perched on the tenth floor, Shipwatch Surf & Yacht 1004E offers a private balcony with incredible views overlooking the water.  
  
Sit out on your private balcony each morning and listen to the wildlife and peaceful flow of water. The balcony can be accessed through the cozy living room and primary bedroom. The living room is complete with plush seating and a Smart TV. Consider turning on your family’s favorite movie before heading to bed each night of your stay. You may even feel inspired to whip up a coastal cocktail or beach snack to enjoy in your fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is finished with quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances to add a touch of luxury to your getaway. Each bedroom was furnished with rest in mind.
