The location is great and we loved our beach view. The condo itself needs some TLC. It served its purpose but all mattresses are very worn out, bathrooms had a lot of black mold around handle bars in the showers and some on the back of a shower curtain. Overall, the unit looks quite beat-up. The fold out sofa is not comfy but many times they are not. We had a little issue accessing our codes to get into the unit and were not able to contact anyone by phone or text. Luckily, the issue was resolved in about 30 minutes or so. ##### Carolyn M. Absolutely perfect beach area and so easy to get to the beach. The unit was fine for a place to sleep but there was a strong odor of cleaning products and definitely needs some updating. Only 2 burners on the stove worked and the pots and pans are clearly very used. Maybe we have a different perspective because our relatives were in another unit in the same building for a similar price per square foot and their unit was recently updated and super nice. I wish we would have been informed we needed to provide our own toilet paper and dish soap as we would have purchased these items at the grocery store on the way there. Really easy check-in and out, and the property managers were really responsive via text. Would we come back to this building? In a heartbeat. Would we choose this unit again?
