the sandy backyard backing into the key was gorgeous. The public ocean beach is only a few minutes’ drive away.All in all , a very tranquil and enjoyable weekend The host was was great. Our enquiries were answered promptly.

Wonderful, pet friendly home.

We had a great time. The hosts were only a text away! They were so gracious. Beds were very comfortable. Everything met our needs and we look forward to hopefully returning next year. It was a great experience. The first time we had used Vrbo. No hesitation to use it again!

EASY Beach with twins

This property is on a canal with an abundance of private beach, calm waters, dolphins, and boats to watch. With 4 year old twin boys, bathroom breaks and snacks are made simple, just a few steps to the beach. No waiting for elevators or a crowded beach. We had the beach and water pretty much to ourselves. The property manager made sure we were settled in and went out of their way to let the property owner know about a stuffed toy that was at the house that the twins loved. The owners daughter brought by a stuffy for the twins to take home so they wouldn’t have to leave empty handed. This is definitely going above and beyond. Plenty of room to spread out, the house has everything you need for a multi-generational vacation. Couldn’t have asked for a better relaxing vacation.

BEAUTIFUL HOUSE AND QUIET AREA

The house was clean when we checked in. The view was beautiful. We loved staying on the bay side. The water was calm and my young children enjoyed being able to play in the water without having to worry about waves. The kitchen has lots of cookware and bakeware (not included: air fryer, rice pot, strainer). The living area was larger than expected. Large sliding door leading to the beach (no curtains). The primary bedroom has a beautiful, large view of the bay. The attached bathroom has an oversized shower (no bath). None of the bedrooms had curtains on the windows. None of the bedroom doors locked. Several outlets didn't work. Overall, we loved the house and the location. We look forward to being able to visit again.

Enjoyed our stay

House was very clean. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Good communication with property management. Great location, easy to get to wherever you want to go. Best part was having your own beach in your backyard. Sitting and watching ICW traffic go by, everything from dolphins to barges. Very relaxing. Will be back.

Beautiful spot with a beautiful beach

We booked a week at this sweet beach house for my mother’s 70th birthday and enjoyed every moment. The house has a nice open kitchen and living area looking out to a beautiful private beach and waterfront. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, plates, glasses etc and was perfect for our needs. Although the home is older and could use a little updating with the bathrooms, the decor is charming and well suited to ‘beach life’ entertaining .

Our second time staying

My husband, 2 dogs and I just love the location. The locals are so friendly and we enjoy the fresh seafood. This property provides anything you may need which helps with packing, but stores are a close drive away. We enjoy walking to Sunset Grill every evening to see the beautiful sunsets.

The location was spectacular! We took our kayaks and beached them in the back yard. The kitchen is well stocked and open to the living area. We watched dolphins playing right outside. We will definitely return!
