Only a short drive away from downtown (15 min), Pensacola Beach (25 min), UWF (Less than 10 min) and conveniently near Publix, restaurants, retail and the interstate makes this the perfect place for you to come enjoy everything beautiful Pensacola, FL has to offer. This townhome features a fully equipped kitchen, an open floor plan, washer & dryer. This is a great find in a great location and ready for your new guest to enjoy it. The house count with an open-concept where you can cook and share time with you family and friends on the living room watching some TV, playing some board games or having dinner at the dining table with sitting for up to 6 guests.
