We have added a specialized, super comfortable sleeper sofa (Natuzzi Leather with Luxury Mattress) in a very unique arrangement that allows use of this 3rd sleeping area without disturbing the rest of the guest group that might want use of the living room while others go to sleep. We would be happy to talk to you by phone to explain further. Basically, we are utilizing a room adjacent to our large kitchen, as a media room with the sleeper sofa, which can actually be left in the open position your entire stay if desired, without interrupting the rest of the guests. This is an incredibly nice and spacious direct gulf front condo, with rich wood and travertine tile throughout - no carpet. Check in was a breeze. The owner even met us and helped us unpack. So many great things about our stay , too many to mention. But here are a few 1.) owner was excellent to communicate with. 2.) kitchen fully stocked. Lots of plates,silverware, etc. 3.) All bedding is laundered including the coverlets. 4.) view from patio was amazing 5.) large tvs in each sleeping area, 6.) everything was extremely clean and smelled wonderful. 7.) semi private elevator takes you right to your room. 8) Pool is huge 9.) hot-tub is fantastic 10.) beach is clean , clear water and literally just steps away.
