Whether you're a military officer in town for training or a family on a quick getaway, this spacious and stylish 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom loft puts you steps from the best of Downtown Pensacola — and just a 15-minute drive to both Pensacola Beach and the National Naval Aviation Museum (NAS). Situated on the 3rd floor of the historic Brent Lofts (elevator access included), this condo offers the perfect mix of old-world charm and modern comfort. With chic finishes, thoughtful amenities, and unmatched walkability, it’s an ideal home base for work, play, or a little of both. \*\*IMPORTANT NOTE: Starting January 5th, 2026 construction will begin on Palafox street in front of the Lofts. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Brent Lofts are the perfect location for any Pensacola visit. The building is beautiful and the management company was extremely responsive and kind. The location is perfect with close access to dining, farmers market, sporting events and the marina, not to mention a short drive to the beach. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Brent Lofts are my second home when coming to Pensacola for work. They are located right in the middle of downtown, and walking distance to everything you may need. Every loft I stayed in has been clean and beautifully furnished. It feels like home. I also love that we have access to the gym and outdoor space. My only request is to put a full size ironing board in each unit.
