The only mentionable thing was that the shower tiles and shower head could use some extra cleaning as there was pink (likely mold) in some spots but otherwise we had an amazing stay in Perdido Key and plan to return in the future!! The rental agency was attentive and quick to respond to texts, the beach was beautiful despite the not so perfect weather and the balcony was a perfect place for coffee in the mornings!! It was beautifully updated and perfect for me and two teen girls. We loved being in the third floor and so close to the beach. The view was fantastic. Right on the beach with a great view from the balcony. We loved the decor with the beautiful guest bath tile and the blue glass knobs on the cabinets. The unit was updated and had everything we needed, even beach items. We would have loved a ceiling fan in the bedroom and on the balcony and curtains over the blinds in the bedroom. The shower curtain and tile was disgusting, the bed was like sleeping on concrete so we tried the pull out sofa and that was worse, the ice maker didn't work. The patio furniture wasn't comfortable. The location and beach view was amazing! Only washer and dryers were down stairs in the basement coin operated and not very many. Everytime I went down they were always in use. ##### Cathy N. I was really disappointed in the lack of communication in letting us know there was construction happening. Noise began before 8am every morning. Also, there was a grease leak on a door push bar that I unknowingly used my back to open and ruined a shirt.
