The carpet at the primary suite was torn and frayed in a large area, tile flooring is very uneven and coming up no grout in many areas, primary shower was DIRTY the house needed a good cleaning hair beads and jewelry were found directly next to the beds on the 3rd floor, washer would not work and the walls in all 4 bathrooms were very dirty. This home was the absolute perfect size for our large family vacation. It was well equipped with everything we needed for our 5 day trip - there was nothing we needed that wasn’t there and supplied for us. Plenty of extra blankets, towels, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner. There is a grill out back and an extra refrigerator/freezer in the carport, which was perfect for storing drinks. The kitchen had everything we needed from cutting boards, to pots and pans, knives, and measuring cups. The internet worked perfectly, as did the washer and dryer. The house is literally STEPS to the pool entrance from the side door exit. The neighborhood was quiet and the pool was never too crowded. I would definitely suggest putting older, less mobile family members in the bottom floor bedroom because there are 4 flights of stairs. We booked this home for our annual summer family vacation. It was perfect for our large group with room to accommodate everyone. All of the amenities we needed were there - a well stocked kitchen, cleaning supplies, handsoap, shampoo, and conditioner. Plenty of towels. There is an extra fridge in the garage to house extra drinks and ice. The house was very clean. The community pool is literally four steps from the side door of the house, which was great for our teenagers. The community was very quiet and there was plenty of overflow parking right across the street from the house. There are a LOT of stairs to the third floor, so it may be beneficial for older, less able guests to sleep in the bottom floor bedroom. My only suggestion for the house is to add towel hooks in the bathrooms and a coffee table in the living room. We have already added Stella Maris on our list of places to stay again next year!
