Families love vacationing in Serenity - a new development on the beautiful Perdido Key. Conveniently located just a short drive or bike ride to Public Beach Access #3 which provides restrooms and showers for vacationers who want to enjoy the beach for an hour or soak up the sun all day long. The house is spacious and fresh with a separate sitting room upstairs for kids and teens or for watching a movie while someone else watches football downstairs. This home is exclusively streaming with an upgraded 2Gb internet connection. 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths allow everyone to have plenty of room to stretch out and relax. The modern, clean kitchen will certainly appeal to the chef in the family and there are fresh seafood markets close by that offer the freshest fish, shrimp, and shellfish the Gulf of Mexico has to offer. The kitchen is equipped with new household items and provides everything you need to eat in. But don't worry, Perdido Key has terrific restaurants to try if you want to go out! The furnishings are comfortable and tasteful and are sure to please guests with the highest of standards. Sleeping arrangements include 3 king beds, 1 queen bed, and a quad (4) set of twin bunk beds. Bring your furry loved one too - we'll consider well-behaved dogs weighing less than 50 pounds. Be sure to message us in advance of booking. Thanks! Serenity is on River Road which runs along the Intracoastal Waterway. Ono Island splits Ole River and the Intracoastal and the most beautiful highlighter-colored sunsets happen every evening in the Western sky. A terrific local, open-air restaurant is just down the road a very short distance and is the best place in Perdido Key to watch sunsets. Sometimes you might catch the Blue Angels flying by as well. Perdido Key is a laid-back, less-developed vacation destination and has lots of nature, sea life, and wildlife to admire. There are tales of pirate treasure being buried on our beaches but the biggest treasure is the Rosamund Johnson National Seashore Park which is 8 miles of undeveloped white sand beach along the emerald and azure-colored waters of the sparkling Gulf of Mexico. Perdido means "Lost" in Spanish giving this hidden treasure the moniker "Lost Key." Everything I state is my personal opinion of the property which was beautiful. Pros & Cons Pros: Great location for both Pensacola, Orange Beach and Foley not to mention very affordable. The house was amazing and cleaner compared to most property rented in the past. Having access to everything a home has such as washer/dryer, dish washer, beach accessories, and a actual yard is icing on the cake. They provided utensils, bowls, plates, crock pot, cheese graders, cups, babby cups anything needed to create a home meal. I also wanted to mention again everything was clean. Lets not mention that any issue could be easily mentioned and solved thru via text. I want to thank property management for superior expertise and management. Cons: There isn't anything within walking distance which was our choice of location. The backyard is small so if anything fly over the fence say bye to it lol. There's another community on the other side without access but to be honest we never contacted management about retrieving the few balls we toss over. Which was ok because they was won at an arcade. I read one review about cameras seemingly invading privacy. I'm thankful for the few camera for the fact we're in a unknown location as tourists which usually become victims because of the lack of knowledge of the surrounding area. Last year was particularly tough. Sooo, I was hyper-vigilant this year. This house was clean and worked well for us. Kitchen well equipped. Beds comfy. House clean other than some dirty walls. Kids loved the bunk room. Our only prob was the living room was small for the amount of beds/sleep space. We had to bring a lawn chair in for enough adult seating. Having said that, we were at the beach lots so not a huge deal. There is only space for two vehicles. We had thought we could use the garage for a 3rd but it was a small garage. They had bikes and beach gear which was nice. Parking could be an issue if it was high season and lots of homes occupied. Overall, a nice home. Maybe better for a few less people than it sleeps. Dining table was not near big enough for all of us either. But we managed. Weather was good. Used deck and ate in shifts. We had a nice stay and would recommend overall. We love Johnson Beach so the location is great. It’s a lot less crowded than the high rise areas. ##### Debbie A. House was clean and nicely decorated. Rooms were spacious and the bunk/game/couch/tv room upstairs worked out well for the kids. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. House also came with beach chairs, floats and toys which was nice. Would recommend. ##### Christina K. We arrived to a modern, clean home just as described with plenty of space to comfortably gather and rest. We really liked the floor plan plus the house came with lots or extras including a fully equipped kitchen, games/puzzles and even beach toys and chairs in the garage. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to beaches, golf, grocery, restaurants and more. Great communication and check in and out was easy as could be. The beds were extremely comfortable and that is the most important thing to us when choosing somewhere to stay. The neighborhood was nice and very quiet. The home was clean when we arrived and well decorated. They did not have a crazy list of “chores” to do when we checked out which was greatly appreciated. They provided a link with all of the info about the condo/area and that was a very nice touch. It was easy to find all the info about check in/check out in one convenient location. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, utensils, etc. Everything seemed very new. We loved the floor plan/bed arrangement. It fit our situation perfectly. Several small touches made it even better - laundry baskets in each room, hangers in the closets, sand/beach toys in the garage, etc. We were very happy with the entire stay and would highly recommend anyone staying here! ##### Christy M.
