Our home is a short 11-minute drive from the vibrant downtown area, where you can explore a variety of shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions. Additionally, Naval Air Station (NAS) Pensacola is only 5 minutes away, making it a convenient choice for military personnel and their families. The bedrooms in our home are cozy yet comfortable, providing a peaceful haven for a good night's sleep after a day of adventure. Each room offers all the essentials you need to recharge and unwind. The bathrooms are compact but functional, offering all the necessary amenities for your comfort. You'll find a refreshing shower in one, while the other provides a convenient bathtub/shower combination. Prepare delicious meals and snacks in our fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and ample counter space. Whether you're enjoying a quick breakfast before heading out or cooking a family dinner, you'll find everything you need right at your fingertips. Step outside into our large backyard oasis, where you can relax and soak up the sun. Gather around the firepit in the evenings, lounge in the hammock, or enjoy a meal al fresco at the table and chairs. While we don't provide exercise equipment, you'll find a running track nearby with exercise stations along the path, allowing you to maintain your fitness routine while enjoying the scenic surroundings. Our home's beach-inspired decor creates a soothing ambiance, reminding you that you're just moments away from the beautiful sandy beaches and tropical areas that Pensacola is famous for. Feel the coastal vibes throughout your stay. In addition to the nearby beaches, you'll find an array of attractions to explore, including downtown Pensacola with its historic sites, lively nightlife, and diverse culinary scene. Numerous restaurants and shops are within easy reach, ensuring that you have plenty of options for entertainment and dining. What sets our home apart is that it offers the entire house, providing guests with privacy, space, and the comforts of a home away from home. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, you'll have ample room to relax and make lasting memories. Please note as of April 23, 2025 there will be a 5% tourist development tax (TDT) applied to the total cost of your stay. The TDT applies to nightly rates, cleaning fees, and pet fees. Early check-in is subject to availability at the sole discretion of the host. Early check-in availability is determined on the day of arrival. There is a flashlight, fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink. There is a plunger by the toilets. The grill is for guest use please clean utensils, grill and cover the grill back after use. Landscaping may happen any day of the week from 8AM onwards. There are extra trash bags in the kitchen trash can underneath the current garbage bag. Pensacola is a hot and humid climate, this climate causes a lot of bugs. We are aware that bugs can get into space. We do regular extermination to try to prevent bug problems but it's not a perfect solution. Please note that you may see bugs in the home. No refunds given if bugs are seen. When it gets too hot, the AC may not work properly because it’s too hot outside. There are window units as a back up. In the evening when it cools down it's fine. Guests have to login to and logout of their own account for all streaming services. There is an additional yet to be determined commercial usage fee for guests who require filming video or audio on the property. To operate thermostat please tap the right side of the Nest thermostat. The face of the thermostat will light up. Then slide your fingers up or down to your desired option, tap to select. It was comfortable quaint and had enough room for everyone including my dog. The back yard was perfect size. The only thing I would suggest is to have TV in the bedrooms there was 1 tv in 1 of the 3 bedrooms. Also their was dog hair under the beds and in the bathroom so much you that you could actually pick it up so I feel that it could have been cleaner especially if your welcoming pets. While we stayed this house was very pretty and nice and cool even with the summer heat outside. Definitely tons of space and plenty of blankets and towels. The dishes are very clean and oven works great. I love how we didn't have to keep track of a key. I also love how the backyard has lights making it very pretty and homelike. However, we did have some strang things happen late at night while there. We kept hearing footsteps coming from the livingroom when we were laying in bed to go to sleep. We were a bit uneasy when a pan fell from the counter and it had been pushed all the way to the wall on the countertop and the bathroom light in the bathroom near the laundry kept mysteriously coming on. We did sleep with the light on in the bedroom and my husband swears up and down he saw the edge of the bed next to him sink down as if someone had just sat down he woke me up screaming. Overall definitely a great stay just if traveling by yourself bring your pet so at night the noise is covered up by your pet. Very warm and inviting feel when checking in. The home had plenty of room for our needs. The main bathroom was very roomy. I loved old qualities and craftsmanship of the home. The yard was a perfect place for my Service Animals to move around and enjoy some down time. The host was very polite and informative.The multi level flooring was a little difficult for me to navigate as I use a wheelchair for mobility, but I loved the older charm of the home.I hope to be able to stay again. ##### Allicia S. It was perfect for us and our dogs. Completely fenced back yard, and plenty of room for the dogs. The house was clean, neat, and completely stocked with everything you could need. The host, Samantha, was easy to contact and very quick to respond. I know there have been some comments on the neighborhood. While the house to the right appeared abandoned, I never felt concerned with it, or the rest of the neighborhood. Only downside we saw, was a house across the street with over a dozen cats outside. :) We would 10/10 stay here again! Easy drive to food, stores, and attractions. Although the neighborhood seemed a bit run down, it did not feel unsafe at all. The one nearby neighbor we spoke with was very friendly and helpful. Attended a wedding on the navy base. House is ADORABLE. We had a bit of trouble with construction detours but not a big deal. The neighborhood is a bit run down in spots and a vacant house next door BUT no issues whatsoever. Just an older neighborhood. The house was great for our needs and will absolutely stay again if needed! Definitely a great place for pets too. The backyard is so cute and enough space for the pups! (We ended up not bringing our pup but it would’ve been nice!)Highly recommend this property! ##### Chari F.
