One of the standout features of this home is its proximity to the beach, which is just a 15 minute drive away.  
This home offers convenient access to a variety of shopping and dining options. The vibrant downtown area is also nearby, where you can explore an array of entertainment options.  
While our home is located in the inner city, it provides an opportunity to experience the local culture and immerse yourself in the lively atmosphere of the city.  
The 3 bedrooms provide ample space for a family, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom is equipped with modern amenities, and the living area offers a cozy spot to unwind after a day of exploration.
