The floor-to-ceiling patio doors enhance your view of the Gulf of Mexico. Shopping is available in Fort Walton Beach and Destin. The kitchen has all the comforts of home, including a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher. All the utensils needed to prepare and serve meals are supplied for convenience. If you choose not to eat in, many top-tier restaurants are nearby. This condo has three TVs, two DVD players, and a CD stereo system in the living room. Island Princess is located directly on the snow-white sands of Okaloosa Island, just steps from the most sought-after waters of the Gulf Coast. All guests regardless of age are to be considered for Occupancy count in Fort Walton Beach, FL Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 7. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Property is on the top floor, away from the pool (which is great). The Island Princess property overall seemed to be very well maintained and was exceptionally clean. We were very pleased. Our family fit very comfortably with two teen boys, and my 10yr old daughter slept on the sofa bed. Views from the balcony and master bedroom are beautiful. We have used VRBO multiple times all throughout the 30A, Destin, FWB area, and I would definitely stay in this unit again. The condo comes with one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and no consumables in the kitchen. So, if you are staying more than about 3 nights, you will want to bring extra, along with basics like sugar, salt and pepper, etc. ##### Ryan B. Overall cleanliness was good.The views and the beach were OUTSTANDING!
