This waterfront rental includes use of kayaks, basketball, tennis and pickle ball rackets, and has free private beach access at the end of the street, just a 4 minute walk. Located in an exclusive neighborhood sandwiched on both sides by state park beaches, there are no condos or high rises. The beaches are never crowded! This beautiful studio is the walk out basement of a townhouse. It rents out with the upper unit or separately. This cosy studio has an open floor plan, a Queen bed is located in a custom loft. There is also a queen sleeper sofa. The living room walks out to a gorgeous deck for lounging or games.
