Spoke to various people at Beach Getaways Perdido Key, informed them this was unacceptable, they should have informed us prior to arriving of broken cooktop as unable to use! One stated “well some people don’t cook”. On day 2 informed by Beach Getaways they could replace cooktop and oven on Friday. That would be day 5 of vacation… requested a new unit if available… moved to one in complex a few buildings down late afternoon day 3 Wednesday. Requested a refund of at least one night, employee who found a new unit stated she had informed management of refund request. Have not heard from anyone at Beach Getaways Perdido Key.
