This unit is part of a multi-family property, with other long-term and short-term tenants on-site. While you’ll have your own private entrance and living space, we ask all guests to be respectful of neighbors and observe quiet hours. The space PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Please be aware that we are currently making landscaping improvements at the property, which began on September 15 and will continue for about 6 weeks. Work is scheduled between 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, and some daytime noise may occur during this time. Parking in the designated spot may also be limited, but alternative parking will be provided for all guests. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and want to make sure you are comfortable with this before completing your booking with us. We take preventative measures, but a completely bug-free environment cannot be guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding.
