This beautifully decorated efficiency condo is absolutely perfect for a couple or even a small family! There is a queen sized bed at one end of the large room and a living area with comfortable sofa sleeper at the other. There are 2 sliding doors leading out to the well manicured pool area. No need to be bothered with elevators! Just open this condo's sliding doors and step right into paradise! The kitchen has a gorgeous granite counter tops, it also features a drip coffee maker for all you coffee lovers out there and will surely please the most seasoned cook! The bathroom boasts a large, refreshing, walk in shower. There is a small patio area for you to enjoy the view. Step right off the patio onto the pool deck and have almost immediate beach access! This is one of our most popular condos, so book FAST before it's gone... You won't regret it! SeaSpray's property has three pools, a hot tub, a well equipped beach front fitness center, a marina with boat slip, a grilling area and a newly resurfaced tennis/pickleball court. Come and make unforgettable memories in this amazing unit! Must be 25 to reserve. Parking passes are $50.00 per vehicle, per stay. Boat/Trailer registration fee $300.00 per week or $50.00 per day. This condo is right by the pool and steps away from the beach which is a big plus for us. The unit is fresh, newly renovated, and clean. Bottom floor so we didn't have to deal with elevators. The only thing that needs to be cleaned better is the washing machine and dryer need a good cleaning. We had trouble with the key and lock all week trying to get back into the condo, it needs to be replaced. We contacted maintenance and they came by and greased it for us. I would recommend a complete change out. The electricity went out once which prompted the generator to come on for a few hours. It's located right beside this unit so it sounds like an airplane is in your unit, very loud. But I would rather have electricity and deal with the noise. We locked ourselves out of the unit one evening (dumb move on our behalf) and had to pay $69 to have maintenance come and let us in our room. Which is understandable since he was already at home for the day. I just want everyone to know the what if's. We did have trouble with parking. The parking lot is small and sometimes coming back in the evening there would not be any parking and not sure where to go from there, finally parking in a non-parking spot. The beach is more private and not crowded. With the few issues, this was a fun trip and we did enjoy our stay. ##### Rebecca D. The sliding door near bed wasn’t locking (this studio is ground level with pool right outside of sliding doors), (noticed it asap during check in), I went to office to let them know, it took 3 days before maintenance showed up. The only thing we could do for safety reasons was to scoot the patio furniture up against it. All in all, we wouldn’t hesitate renting again!
