I contacted the host because I had a question about check-in and couldn't find the key to the laundry room that has a separate entrance from the rest of the house. The host was not very friendly and spoke in an aggravated tone. She told me to check the book for key location for the laundry room however this info was not in the book. My family and I were looking forward to utilizing the beautiful deck that is shown in the pictures but could not because it is situated under trees with dropping berries and bird droppings.
