Respect the Home • Shoes off at entry (sand), be careful with luggage, do not move furniture, use coasters, and wipe spills/stains right away. • Use bathroom drying lines; no wet towels/swimsuits on furniture/doors/floors. • Please don\`t move the furniture Cleanliness • Please leave the home reasonably tidy: start dishwasher (if used), dispose of trash properly, and return furniture/decor to original placement; excessive mess may incur additional cleaning fees. Damages, Missing Items, and Reporting • Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear/tear and missing items (replacement cost); report damages immediately. • Report any cleaning/maintenance concerns within 12 hours of check-in so we can address them. Keys / Fobs and Personal Items • We’re not responsible for lost/stolen/abandoned items; found items can be returned at your expense. • Lost key cards/fobs (if applicable) incur a $100 replacement fee. The spaciousness was definitely something we embraced as we usually stay in a much smaller condo. The shuttle service was quick and the drivers were fun.
