The space itself has plenty of room for our group of 7, enough beds for everyone to sleep in their own if we wanted to, the AC worked great, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and more, and the location was perfect. We loved the view off the balcony in the mornings and evenings, and even saw some sting ray swimming in the water by the dock, as well as lots of fish, crabs, and birds. To get to the beach is about a 5 minute walk across the street from the condo, and there is a private boardwalk access. The beach itself was wonderful, not very crowded, the water was warm, plenty of shells and some fish. We ate at the Crab Trap restaurant right on the beach across from the condos, and went back twice more after that. We don't have any complaints at all about the condo, and would book again if we return to Perdido Key in the future! ##### Brooke M. For an unknown reason the owner cancelled our reservation four days before we were supposed to check in. We found Sundown the next day and I contacted the manager, Tammy, who was very nice. I explained to her our situation and asked if there would be any problems booking with such short notice. She replied immediately and advised there would be no problems. So we booked. The condo had a bed for everyone and was very spacious. The pool is close to all of the units. There is even a private access for the beach. This condo was in a perfect place with quick access to the beach, pool, and basketball courts. I love the fact that we could eat out and not have to drive far, even walk if we wanted. All the beds were so comfy and the linens were clean and soft.
