Welcome to Pensacola! Fun for the entire family awaits at this Pensacola, FL ranch home. Private swimming pool and fenced back yard are available for you when you stay at this spacious home. This three-bedroom, 2 bath home has everything you need to enjoy a fun family get-away. Living room with fireplace, dining table in kitchen with stainless steel appliances 3 bedrooms and a den with sleeper sofa will accommodate up to 10 people.
This rental includes access to Free Fun with Xplorie! We help make the most of your vacation by providing Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day of your stay—including the Lost Key, Soldiers Creek, and Glenlakes Golf Clubs, Tropical Falls Theme Park at OWA, Dolphin, Sunset and Nature Cruises! Our guests receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. Additional guests will pay full price. These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. For example, you may choose to go golf in the morning (one person is free) & then go on a dolphin cruise in the afternoon (one person is free) & then cap off the day at Tropical Falls Theme park (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to Tropical Falls Theme Park in the morning with the kids (one person is free) while your spouse goes to play golf (one person is free) & then meet that evening to go on a sunset cruise (one person is free). You may do some or all of the activities every day & one person in your party is free to every activity every day. Complete details will be provided with your confirmed booking. The home features a living room, dining room, kitchen and den. There is a flat screen tv in the living room and a comfortable sectional sofa. Step out to the back patio to the inviting swimming pool, complete with lounge chairs and fenced in back yard. The den features a smart Tv and a sleeper sofa and doors for privacy.
The three bedrooms consist of the master bedroom with king bed and comfortable bedding. The master also has an en suite bathroom with double sinks, shower and jetted tub. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed. The second guest bedroom has two full beds. The two guest bedrooms share a full bathroom with single vanity and tub/shower combo. The house also includes a laundry room with a full-size clothes washer and dryer.

Property is located in a very quite, safe sub division. Its very private with the only neighbors being on one side. House is spacious and comfortable. Pool was refreshing after along day in the sun ! Perfect for what our family was looking for. We will definitely be back, if were ever in the area again.

#### Navy school graduation/vacation
We were in the area for our son’s Navy school graduation. The house was in a quiet neighborhood location, at the end of a cul-de-sac. It was nice being close to downtown Pensacola, NAS & Perdido, without being amongst the traffic and other tourists. Listening to the frogs/toads at night was a great way to end our evenings. The pool was great, bigger than the pics make it look. The house was nice and clean, beds were comfy. The Hosts left a handwritten note (this was appreciated) with a few goodies, a nice welcoming. Looking forward to our next stay!

Communication with Patty was excellent—she was responsive and easy to work with. The pool was spacious and perfect for our group of six. The property had a comfortable, homey feel and was in a great location, close to both Gulf Shores and Orange Beach. We really enjoyed our stay!
