SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT: 1 Bedroom Loft: (Grande Suite): King Bed with a Private Bath (Shower), waterfront, view. and 65" TV Before booking this loft unit, please consider the physical abilities of everyone in your group. The stairs leading to the loft can be challenging for some. The loft bedroom is only accessible via stairs. Due to the layout, the space may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility or other physical health considerations. We want your vacation to be as enjoyable and comfortable as possible so please take this into account when booking. Here’s what to expect: Cleanliness is a top priority for travelers. We use a Professional Cleaning Service to ensure that every corner of your rental is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. Your vacation property is supplied with two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo and bath soap enough for the first 24 hours. Also, a starter supply of paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, and dish soap. All units are provided with smart televisions. You are encouraged to bring your own streaming log in information as you may be more familiar and comfortable with their operation. Check-in time: Typically, Between 3:00 and 4:00 You need to know: Government-issued photo identification will be required at check-in. Guest must review and sign the Rental Agreement at check-in. Check-out time: 10:00 These times are strictly enforced to allow for preparation of our next arrival. Late departures must be authorized by ECG and are not permitted in the summer months. The location was ideal, just a very short walk to the nearest beach access and only a quick drive to the beautiful beaches near Fort Pickens (with the entrance fee waived for military, which was a nice perk). The only challenge was getting onto Pensacola Beach Blvd from Fort Pickens Rd on the weekends, as the traffic light is long and traffic tends to back up, but it was a minor inconvenience compared to the overall experience.The apartment itself was perfect. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the layout, with the bedroom upstairs, was very convenient. We appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the beach chairs and umbrella. Donna was wonderful, super responsive, incredibly helpful, and full of great recommendations for things to do in the area.Honestly, we didn’t spend much time inside because the area is absolutely amazing. We couldn’t get enough of the beach, and thanks to Donna keeping us updated, we even got to see the Blue Angels fly three different times, a fantastic surprise!We would absolutely stay here again.
