It was very quiet, very family oriented. Our unit could use a fresh coat of paint; however that doesn’t affect the quality of the stay. I wish beach chairs and an umbrella had been available to use. The grandkids loved having a private fishing pier right outside the balcony. The place is clean & the washer and dryer were nice to have. There are no cookie sheets, baking sheets or pizza pans of any kind, but there are pots and pans. No salt/pepper or spices so plan accordingly. The only thing i had to complain about was they should put some curtains in the bedrooms. The sun shines bright in the windows at 5am and it was very hard to sleep in a little on vacation. But everything else was awesome! Location was good close to everything. But you do have to walk up 2 flights of stairs to get to the condo so keep that in mind of you are in any way handicapped or bring a lot of stuff. We made it work with no issues but just a heads up.
