Excellent quality washer/dryer/dishwasher. -The housing community was quiet and clean, felt very safe. -VERY nice to have hoses in front and back for washing down little feet and beach gear Cons- needed a better job done by maintenance (disposal clattered with any attempt at use, downstairs A/C unit struggled to cool the main floor below 76°, HVAC tech never showed to address). - cleaning needs improvement (handrail at interior stairs was sticky, and rendered a hand wipe black. Same for the kitchen floor). - we were unable to connect to the internet (said we were connected, however showed no service. Did not address this item with management) -A bit far from town for any pedestrian activity (however will take that over being stuck in the high traffic areas) - a keypad entry would be fantastic , particularly for preventing lost keys on the beach! A true quality home away from home. The only constructive feedback I would offer would be better quality paper products would be appreciated and basic spices in the kitchen at this rate/quality. This property was perfect for us - location to beach, cleanliness, and beach amenities (chairs, umbrellas, toys, life jackets). It has a great lay out, and we loved having our own garage.
