Mattresses were comfortable, and towels were good quality. Excellent quality washer/dryer/dishwasher. -The housing community was quiet and clean, felt very safe. -VERY nice to have hoses in front and back for washing down little feet and beach gear Cons- needed a better job done by maintenance (disposal clattered with any attempt at use, downstairs A/C unit struggled to cool the main floor below 76°, HVAC tech never showed to address). - cleaning needs improvement (handrail at interior stairs was sticky, and rendered a hand wipe black. Same for the kitchen floor). - we were unable to connect to the internet (said we were connected, however showed no service. Did not address this item with management) -A bit far from town for any pedestrian activity (however will take that over being stuck in the high traffic areas) - a keypad entry would be fantastic , particularly for preventing lost keys on the beach! My wife and I spent the vast majority of our early morning and afternoons on the back deck enjoying the gorgeous views. The water toys were a huge plus as we used them each day of our stay. The short walk to the beach and Peg legs Pete was trick. The host has really went the extra step in providing the kitchen fully stocked with higher end array of utensils, plates, cups and furniture. The new floors upstairs are gorgeous. The only minor items that could have made the experience a tiny bit better , was that no one could connect to the internet which made those times I needed to work challenging, also having a Keurig in lieu of the single pot maybe more of a preference for my family as it seems every one in my group has a different caffeine fix. Lastly the paper towels and toilet paper need an a upgrade :). The property manager was first class, communication was perfect and easy to pick up the keys.
