Each couple had their own bed and bath and the living area was all open with plenty of seating. The views off the wrap around balcony were spectacular! You do have to cross the road to go to the beach but it is close and we had no problem crossing. I was concerned initially about being across the street from the beach, but it was no problem at all for us. The condo is listed with VRBO but it’s actually with Southern Vacation rentals. Southern Vacation rental was absolutely the best experience ever. Southern was very informative leading up to our trip with useful information. The condo was exactly as depicted in the photos. The condo was cleaned perfectly when we arrived. The views from the balcony were breathtaking. We will definitely return to this condo. ##### Brandon M. Giant sliding doors that fully open to let in the breeze off the gulf! We loved this space and the views from the 16th floor were amazing. Can’t wait to book again.
