We had a great weekend in Pensacola Beach but the house could use some repairs and the management company had very poor communication.-Upon arrival one of the outdoor trash cans was overflowing and smelled like fish. The second outdoor bin was half full.-The refrigerator smelled like fish. -The ice maker did not work and I had to buy bags of ice all weekend-The doors leading to the porch had a broken latching mechanism and would not fully close. A strong breeze would blow them open. We had to keep a chair in front of the doors to keep them closed.-The pocket doors to the bunk room were off track and would not close. The people sleeping in that room could hear any activity happening in the living room/kitchen as a result.-The room listing a “king bed” is not an accurate description. There are actually two twin beds on a king frame with no topper. The mattresses are two different depths and because of this, the two people sleeping in this room both rolled toward the middle of the bed all night long.-No wine bottle opener in the kitchen. I called the management company to provide one and they responded that they would bring one out but they never communicated with me again. I walked to a neighbor’s house to borrow one.Overall I was very dissatisfied with my stay. The price of this house does not match the accommodations or ability to take care of issues that were present upon check in. ##### Katie B.
