It was so beautiful, and the location was epic. We got there in the late afternoon after a long drive and being able to eat at the onsite restart was perfect. We’ve never stayed in a beach condo with a bay view, but the view from the balcony was amazing as we coulD see both the bay and the gulf. This particular condo needs some upgrades and repairs. Not enough seating in the living room, more bedding is needed, more pots and pans should be available, balcony furniture is really old and worn out, and fresh paint wouldn't hurt. The unit however had some issues. The carpet and area rugs were really dirty as was the flooring itself. Many of the dishes were dirty and the ice maker in the door was frozen solid. Most of the furniture was damaged or missing knobs and handles. The main tv was not working properly and the cords had been damaged by the previous tenants. The water heater leaked and during our stay we had storms and water came in the windows off the balcony,resulting in wet floors and luggage. Overall the unit needs some love. ##### Lisa M.
