Things to Know Please Note: There is no elevator at complex. There are 2 flights of stairs to get up to unit along with a flight of stairs inside unit. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Security camera details: Outside seating area and on front door. Dock details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Jul 9, 2025 #### Holiday in Pensacola Location near the beach, easy parking at the unit, and an outdoor shower were big positives. The amount of space and layout of rooms was excellent. Lots of towels were supplied. On the other hand, there were no kitchen amenities like salt and pepper or coffee filters. . There was beach sand on the floor when we arrived ans the handles on the refrigerator and one of the cabinets were broken off. There were not enough mirrors, not one full length mirror. Location was great. Short 5 min max walk to either side/beach. Check in process was super simple. And the condo was exactly as described. Having a full kitchen was super beneficial, including all the utensils, pots, and pans to use as well.The only negatives I have were related to the Master bedroom. The sink in the master was very rusted and appeared quite dirty (could have just been all the rust and chips out of the sink). There was also a missing outlet in the master, that left a hole with exposed wires hanging out. And the doors to the deck didnt have full privacy coverage with curtains or anything. There were some curtains, but were see-through. Considering this deck is shared with the neighboring condo, I'd recommend some privacy curtains just for ease of mind. We did meet the neighbor, however. And she was super nice and sweet!Don't let my above feedback turn you away from this condo though. This place was great for us! We really enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the area! ##### Kale A. Vacassa was very responsive to our calls but cable company waiting to hear from owner so never got fixed. Also, weired but not a single pot or pan in the place. Absolutly nothing to cook in or on so we had to cook eggs in a cup in the microwave. Toaster, microwave, coffee pot, blender all there and new.
