Emerald Dolphin 1520 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom highly desirable 15th-floor condo. Located directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico, you will fall in love with the stunning panoramic views! The living room is highlighted by floor-to-ceiling views everywhere you look. The kitchen has an open concept so you can enjoy the gulf views while cooking a meal to remember! The master bedroom offers a king bed and an ensuite with balcony access which overlooks the Gulf of Mexico. The guest bedroom has an additional king bed. Built in 2006 with only 65 condos and gated access, Emerald Dolphin sits directly across the Gulf of Mexico. #### Fabulous family getaway!

We love the Santa Rosa Island and this condo was perfect location! Clean, beautiful, updated accomodations. Clean furniture and new appliances. We spent a lot of time on balcony and the outdoor furniture was very comfortable. The washer/dryer worked great and let us head home with clean clothes. Only thing that didn't work well for us was the kitchen supplies. There were no cereals size bowls, nor any mixing bowls. We cooked breakfast every morning and found we could have used those items. One patio door didn't lock but we didn't feel this was an issue as we were on the 15th floor. There are only 3 bar stools for eating and no kitchen table. We made do fine since there were only 3 of us. The views are amazing, and even in a rain storm, you couldn't hear what was outside. Very soundproof unit. Entire facility was clean, and neighbors friendly! We appreciated the gated aspect of the property and found it easy to use all codes. Communication between the property owner/manager and our family was easy to follow and precise. Highly recommend this unit!!
